Any industry defined by its medium makes no sense on the internet….I try to do this on my own small scale with Stratechery…you can listen to it as a podcast or you can read it as a newsletter. And I’m just going to meet you where you are. You can access it in a way that makes sense to you. The internet forces you to be totally customer service orientated. Give customers what they want. Where they want it. In the most convenient fashion.
